"Georgian Dish Dresser"

The design of this piece was influenced by  three Ontario antique dish dressers.   Scaled much larger than the originals to meet the requirement of a large room.  Sides and interior verticals in upper cabinet are one piece.   Raised panels in doors and lower cabinet sides are one piece not laminates. Columns are fashioned from one timber hand turned. Pulls are also hand turned.   Drawers are  hand dovetailed.   Back boards are tongue and groove with a suitable bead cut on one edge.  This cabinet secretly disassembles into two units at the counter which is part of the upper stage.  There are four fixed shelves in the lower cabinet. side and door panels are one piece not laminated. Distressed antique finish.  Wood:  solid Oak throughout.
